Esa iniciativa me parece aún más confusa que la de Creative Commons!

Personalmente pienso que safecreative como cualquier sitio o mecanismo
de protección para autores de contenidos es una ilusión. Incluso pensé
que proponían software DRM para dicha "protección". Será contornado
y/o ignorado por quienes quieran abusar de los contenidos, y un gran
estorbo para los autores y consumidores que decidan seguir su
implementación.

Es como un seguro de vida. De ninguna manera protege de la muerte,
solo enuncia lo que va a pasar cuando uno se muere.

Además no pienso que quien lea esta clausula de uso del servicio siga
usándolo:
"Understanding the global nature of the Internet, the user must comply
with all the local procedures with respect to online conduct and
acceptable content, and in particular comply with the laws applicable
with reference to the transfer of data and exportation of information
from the users' country of residence."

O sea, no exime del deber normal de cunmplir con leyes locales... lo
cual en sí ya es bastante complicado.

"You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Safe Creative, its
branches, directors, employees and other  associates or agents from
and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without
limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting
from your use of the web site and the Content or your breach of these
Terms and Conditions."

... y exige seguir un proceso legal propio al país desde donde opere
Safe Creative.
